This may be the ideal way to eat ~ forever!

The inspiration for this diet came from a sojourn at a "kur-haus" in a medieval town in Germany, where Europeans have gone for millennia, to sip the natural mineral waters. The director of this immune-system-boosting spa is the disciple of one of Germany's very greatest doctor-researchers, Dr. Issels. Here's what I found out:

The human health-regulatory system (known in the US as the immune system) is primarily activated and balanced by states that exist in the body's whole fluid, which is composed of all fluids in the body: the blood, lymph, interstitial fluid, and the myriad secretions within the body. In addition, the tips of the autonomic nervous system are part of this system. These states and processes within the whole-body fluid cannot be extracted into discrete chemical components and bottled and sold. They are dynamics, if you will, that occur in currently-unquantifiable ways. German health research has begun to get a "handle" on how this fluid-body operates.

Without going into detail on their daily menu, since you're probably wondering, I'll just say it was good, basic food, with soup at every main meal, salads always, and two quarts of herb tea per day. But that menu had to satisfy everyone from everyplace in Germany, Europe and the world. There was no freedom to present even more healthful dietary innovations.
