There is only so much room here, since the King Range borders the east side of Shelter Cove. Currently, any lot of comparable size in Ft. There are two types of infrastructure at Shelter Cove. The lower-elevation lots are on the City system, and have water, sewer, power and telephone at the site. The higher elevation lots, farther from the coast, are larger in dimension, to accomodate the necessary septic systems.
